WILLIAM N. POLLACK, ASLA
Senior Associate

William has over 10 years of experience in a variety of site planning projects encompassing all aspects of the design and implementation phases. He currently oversees a diverse range of projects from private residences, subdivisions and municipal properties to commercial, corporate, and industrial developments located throughout Connecticut and New York. His project management skills involve program development through site analysis and design phases, regulatory review and permitting, preparation of construction documents, and on site inspection, while incorporating a low impact development approach, sustainable site strategies, and LEED design principals.

His extensive work experience includes site planning for school facilities from grade schools through College and University campus planning, a wide variety of athletic and recreational facilities, municipal and corporate parks, green roof design, private residences, multi-family housing, mixed-use developments, and wetlands mitigation. Prior to joining the firm, William was a Project Manager and Associate at Blades & Goven, LLC, in Shelton, CT.

Mr. Pollack received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Rhode Island in 1997 and is a licensed Landscape Architect in Connecticut. He is an active member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and currently serves on the executive committee as the Treasurer for the Connecticut Chapter.
